Anders Moestrup Rasmussen
Trained as a mechanical engineer, he has worked for many years as a manager of industrial companies and with several years of international experience. He previously worked in the cable industry as production director (COO) and worked in Germany for 15 years before returning to Denmark and taking over PK Jeppesen & Søn A/S in 2014.
In addition to managing companies, Anders is driven by delivering creative solutions with a high professional and technical level for the benefit of customers and the Group.
Kasper Jacobsen
He holds a degree in economics from the Copenhagen Business School and has more than 30 years of experience from the financial sector. He has worked for many years in international asset management as a fund manager and has helped develop a successful value investment strategy.
He has pioneered ESG and sustainability in the investment world and thus has extensive expertise in the field. He has many years of experience in board work as an investor, co-owner and member.
Jens Moestrup Rasmussen
Educated Cand. Polit. from the University of Copenhagen and has more than 30 years of experience from the financial sector. He has previously built and managed a successful value investment fund within international asset management as fund manager for many years.
He has extensive experience in actively investing in listed companies around the world and communicating with management and boards in many different sectors and countries. He has many years of experience in board work as an investor, co-owner and member.
